\df_accel_AdjustMaxSpeed [DEFAULT: 1 (on) RANGE: 0 TO 1 ] - turns on/off maximum speed adjustment

Internally, an adjustment to the maximum acceleration calculation is done, to bring the actual user acceleration values into a range of 0 to 100%.  Set this var to 0 to turn off this adjustment.
