Attrition: Power Mad

In a desperate attempt to contact the outside world, 
the scientists of Black Mesa formulated a desparate 
plan to restore power and use a nearby communications 
tower to broadcast a plea for help. Their first task 
was to secure and activate the Omega Sector Dam to 
restore power to the uplink tower. Unfortunately the 
military had beaten them to the dam and begun 
fortifying their positions. The scientist launched a 
sneak attack and secured one side of the river, but 
the soldiers quickly countered. Now, what began as
an experiment gone wrong has degraded into a 
War of Attrition.

Each team has it's own set of power-ups which cannot 
be picked up by the opposing force. If a power-up is
dropped, it will quickly return to its power-up
generator.
