Remnant Terrorist Forces had been hiding in a run down building that was thought to have been used for storage. When this fact became known by the government, the Terrorists attacked a government laboratory nearby to took 4 scientists hostage. They are now demanding a large sum of money in exchange for the hostages and a helicopter for their escape.

- Counter-Terrorists: Eliminate all of the Terrorists and safely rescue the hostages.
- Terrorists: Prevent the Counter-Terrorists from rescuing the hostages.
